Mount Airy #1 LLC, the operator of the casino/resort in Monroe County, was fined for failure to timely submit internal audit plans, a stipulation of its Statement of Conditions for licensure. Mount Airy Casino Resort was fined $120,000 by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the board announced.
